Between the Sheets

Base Spirit : Rum
Ingredients
  • 1/2 Measure of White Rum
  • 1/2 Measure of Brandy
  • 1/2 Measure of Cointrreau
  • 1 Tablespoon of Orange Juice
  • Orange Slice to Garnish
  • Cocktail Cherry to Garnish
  • Ice
Equipment
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Cocktail Glass (Chilled)
  • Cocktail Stick
Prepare the Cocktail Glass by filling the glass with Ice and topping up with tap water.
Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice and pour in the Rum, the Brandy, the Cointreau and the Orange juice. Shake well until a layer of ice forms on the outside of the shaker.
Empty the iced water from the Chilled Cocktail Glass before straining the cocktail mix into the cocktail glass. Take the Cocktail Stick and slide both the Cherry and the Slice of Orange onto the stick and add to the drink as a garnish before serving.
