Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice, before adding the Vodka, Rum, Malibu and the Pineapple Juice. Shake firmly until a layer of ice forms on the shaker. Half fill the Collins Glass with ice and strain the contents of the shaker into the Glass.
Add the Drinking Straw and garnish with the Pineapple Wedge before serving.
