Using the Citrus Juicer, prepare the Lime Juice first. Once you have your lime juice, half fill the Blender with Ice and pour in the Rum and the lime juice, along with 2 heaped Bar Spoons of Sugar and blend for approximately 30 seconds.
Pour the blended mixture into the Hurricane Glass and serve without garnish.
