Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice and add the Tequila, Galliano, Triple Sec, Single Cream and the Orange and Lime Juices. Shake well until a layer of ice forms on the outside of the shaker.
Strain into the Chilled Cocktail Glass. Using the Sharp Knife, cut into the Maraschino Cherry and pearch it on the rim of the glass before serving.
You can change the subtle Tequila flavours of the drink by using either Reposado or Añejo Tequila.
