Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice and pour in the White Rum, Coconut Cream and the Pineapple Juice. Shake firmly until a layer of ice forms on cocktail shaker.
Half fill the Hurricane Glass with Ice and Strain the contents of the shaker into the Glass. Add the Drinking Straw and garnish with the Pineapple Wedge before serving.
