Base Spirit : Tequila

This Mexican classic takes its name from effect that the heavier Grenadine creates as it settles and mixes at the bottom of the glass.

Half fill the glass with Crushed Ice, then pour in the Tequila followed by the Orange Juice.

Using a bar spoon aligned with the inside of the glass, slowly pour the Grenadine over the spoon so it slides down the inside of the glass, settling at the bottom. Your Tequila Sunrise should now be ready to serve.
