Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice and pour in the Toffee Vodka, Vanilla Vodka, Crème de Cacao and the Half & Half. Shake firmly until a layer of ice forms on cocktail shaker.
Half fill the Tumbler with Ice and Strain the contents of the shaker into the Glass. Add the Drinking Straw and serve.
