This cocktail dates back to the 1920's, but is still as strong today as ever.
Ingredients
2 Measures of Dark Rum
1 Measure of Cointreau
1 Measure of Lemon Juice
Slice of Lemon for Garnish
Ice
Equipment
Cocktail Shaker
Strainer
Cocktail Glass (Chilled)
Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice and pour in the Dark Rum, the Cointreau and the Lemon Juice. Shake well until a layer of ice forms on the shaker.
Strain into the Chilled Cocktail Glass and garnish with a Slice of Lemon before serving.
