The 9th February will find eight of the UK’s best bartenders from the five regional finals held in London, Edinburgh, Bristol, Manchester and Nottingham competing against each other for one of three places in the hope of being selected to represent the UK in the 2013 global Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Finals.

The finalists and their cocktails are:

Pete Jeary, Hawksmoor – Margaux
Chris Moore, The Savoy – Encantador
Jamie Jones, Pin Up Lanes – La Corona de Cuba
