Brasilian Grasshopper

Base Spirit : Cachaca

Ingredients
  • 1 Measure of Cabana Cachaça
  • 1 Measure of White Mint Liqueur
  • 1 Measure of Single Cream
  • Ice
  • Mint Leaf to Garnish
Equipment
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Glass (Chilled)
  • Strainer
  • Short Drinking Straw
Chill the Cocktail Glass by filling the glass with Ice and topping up with tap water.
Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice before pouring in the Cabana Cachaça, White Mint Liqueur and the Cream. Shake the mixture until a layer of ice forms on the outside of the shaker. Empty the iced water from the Chilled Cocktail Glass, before straining the contents of the shaker into the glass.
Before serving, garnish with the Mint Leaf and wet one side of the Short Drinking Straw with tap water, before carefully placing it against the side of the glass. The water should make the straw stick to the glass.
