Brasilian Wax

Ingredients
  • 2 Measures of Cabana Cachaça
  • 1 Measure of Pinapple Juice
  • 1 Measure of Simple Syrup
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Lime Wedge or Slice to garnish
Equipment
  • Citrus Juicer
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Highball Glass
  • Tall Drinking Straw
Using the Citrus Juicer, prepare the Lemon Juice first. Once you have your lemon juice, half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice, before adding the Cabana Cachaça, the Simple Syrup and the Pineapple and lemon juices. Shake firmly until a layer of ice forms on the shaker.
Half fill the Highball Glass with fresh Ice and strain the shaken mix into the glass. Garnish with Lime and a straw before serving.
