Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice, before adding the Cabana Cachaça, St. Germain and the Grapefruit Juice. Shake firmly until a layer of ice forms on the shaker.
Half fill the Highball Glass with more Ice and strain the mixture into the glass. To finish, garnish with a Lime Slice / Wedge and the Straw.
