Firmly run the fruit side of a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass and then dip the glass into the Saucer of Salt. Remove the glass and leave to set the salt in place as you prepare the cocktail.
Using the Citrus Juicer, prepare the Lime Juice first. Once you have your lime juice, half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice and pour in the Tequila, Triple Sec and the lime juice and shake until the shaker becomes cold to the touch.
Carefully strain the mixture into the Chilled Salted Cocktail Glass ensuring that the mixture doesn't mix with the salt, garnish with the twist of lime, add the Drinking Straw and serve.
