Base Spirit : Rum
Created during the 1930s at the legendary Hollywood Restaurant Don the Beachcomber, this powerful Rum based cocktail packs a rather potent punch.
  • 1 Measure of Golden Rum
  • 1/2 Measure of Dark Rum
  • 1/2 Measure of White Rum
  • 1 Measure of Curaçao
  • 1/4 Measure of Pernod
  • 1/4 Measure of Grenadine (Non/Alcoholic)
  • 1 Measure of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Measure of Orange Juice
  • 1 Measure of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 Measure of Papaya Juice (If available)
  • 1/2 Measure of Sugar Syrup
  • 1/4 Measure of Overproof Rum
  • Blender
  • Ice
  • Strainer
  • Highball Glass
Pour all but the last two ingredients into the blender, along with a handful of Ice and blend for 15 seconds.
Fill the Highball Glass with Ice and strain the blended ingredients into the glass. Sprinkle the Overproof Rum over the top of the drink and add the Pineapple Slice for Garnish before serving.
