Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice and pour in the Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, the Blue Curacao and the Sweet and Sour Mix. Shake well until a layer of ice forms on the outside of the shaker.
Half fill the Collins Glass with the Crushed Ice and strain the shaken mix into the glass. Garnish with the Pineapple Wedge before serving.
