Lobsters on South Beach

Base Spirit : Rum
Ingredients
  • 1 Measure of White Rum
  • 1 Measure of Malibu
  • 1 Measure of Mango Purée
  • 2 Measures of Mandarin Juice
  • 1 Measure of Coconut Cream
  • 4 Pineapple Chunks
  • Ice
  • Mango Slices to Garnish
Equipment
  • Blender
  • Highball Glass
  • Drinking Straw
Half fill the Blender with Ice and pour in the White Rum, Malibu, Mango Purée, Mandarin Juice, Coconut Cream and Pineapple Chunks.
Blend the ingredients for approx 30 - 45 seconds and once ready, pour the smooth blended mix into the Highball Glass. Garnish with a couple of Slices of Mango, add the drinking Straw and serve.
