Midori Sour

Base Spirit : Crème-Liqueur

Ingredients
  • 2 Measures of Midori
  • 1 Measure of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Drop of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice
  • Slice of Lemon to Garnish
Equipment
  • Citrus Juicer
  • Collins Glass
  • Stirrer
Using the Citrus Juicer, prepare the Lemon Juice first. Once you have your lemon juice, half fill the glass with Ice. Pour in the Midori, Lemon juice and Egg White and using the Stirrer, gently mix the drink before serving with a garnish of a slice of Lemon.
