Sagatiba Snowflake Martini

Base Spirit : Cachaca
Ingredients
  • 2 Measures of Sagatiba Cachaça
  • 2/3 Measure of Creme de Cacoa
  • 2 Measures of Half and Half
  • 6 Whole Raspberrys
  • 2 Sliced Almonds
  • Ice
Equipment
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Muddler
  • Chilled Cocktail Glass
  • Cocktail Stick
Prepare the Cocktail Glass by filling the glass with Ice and topping up with tap water. Also prepare the decoration by skewering 2 of the Raspberry's with the Cocktail Stick.
Add the other 4 Raspberry's and the 2 sliced Almonds to the cocktail shaker and muddle them together. Half fill the cocktail shaker with Ice and add the Sagatiba Cachaça, Creme de Cacao and the Half & Half. Shake firmly until a layer of ice forms on cocktail shaker.
Empty the iced water from the Chilled Cocktail Glass before straining the cocktail mix into the cocktail glass. Before serving add the prepared cocktail stick.
