Base Spirit : Gin
  • 2 1/2 Measures of Gin
  • 1/4 Measure of Sake
  • 1 Cocktail Olive to Garnish
  • Ice
  • Mixing Glass
  • Cocktail Glass (Chilled)
  • Strainer
  • Cocktail Stirrer
  • Short Drinking Straw
Prepare the Cocktail Glass by filling the glass with Ice and topping up with tap water.
Half fill the Mixing Glass with Ice and then add the Gin and the Sake. Using the Cocktail Stirrer, gently stir the contents of the glass for about 10 seconds. Empty the iced water from the Chilled Cocktail Glass before straining the cocktail mix into the cocktail glass.
Garnish with the Green Olive. To finish the look before serving, take the Short Drinking Straw and wet one side of it with tap water, before carefully placing it against the side of the glass. The water should make the straw stick to the glass.
