Ingredients
1 1/2 Measures of Dark Rum
1 1/2 Measures of Pineapple Juice
3/4 Measure of Orange Juice
3/4 Measure of Lemon Juice
Ice
Equipment
Cocktail Shaker
Cocktail Glass (Chilled)
Strainer
Half fill the Cocktail Shaker with Ice and pour in the Rum and the Pineapple, Orange and Lemon Juices and shake until the shaker becomes cold to the touch.
Strain the mixture into the Chilled Cocktail Glass and serve without garnish.
